Exchange And Refunds
We would like to ensure your complete satisfaction with the items you have bought from this Web site. If however you wish to return or exchange an item(s) please contact our customer services department and state whether an exchange or refund is required and the reason for this.
– We will accept items not worn, used or damaged and returned in their original condition.
– Please ensure we receive the goods within 28 days of their dispatch and that they are returned in their original condition.
– For us to process your request it is essential that you also include a copy of your invoice. No refunds can be accepted without the copy of the invoice.
Once your goods have been accepted your exchange or refund will be completed within 10 working days. Unless we have sent you incorrect, damaged or faulty goods we regret the cost of postage and packaging cannot be refunded to you.
We can only refund the card you originally used for payment.

Please note that returns must be posted and cannot be accepted in person.
We advise to send your shoes back via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, or get proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. Please state whether an exchange or refund is required by ticking the box provide on the copy of the invoice along with the reason for the exchange/refund. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund.
We’ll refund the delivery charge only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect. Returns from Internet purchases will be accepted at our store.
Cancelling Your Order
Tim Little tries to get orders out as soon as possible, to cancel your order you can phone us on 020 7736 1999, however unfortunately it will not always be possible to stop the order if this has already been picked up by the delivery company. Tim Little will not be liable for the postage and packaging costs should this be the case.
